The Japanese canteen, Ah Umakutta, wanted to boost business beyond its regulars. Lubna realized the inimitable gem of the establishment was the chef, Mrs. Mitchiko. A fixture behind the counter, she poured love and care into each dish, as if she were preparing it for her own family. Snipe posters captured her enthusiasm and it proved contagious.
